3. Booking and Payments

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within communicated days of the session may result in a fee. Deposits are non-refundable except under certain circumstances at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or inclement weather. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule the session or refund the deposit.

- Arriving on time for scheduled sessions, as we cannot extend time for late arrivals.
- Providing any props, outfits, or special equipment necessary for the session.

Upon completion of your photography session, we will provide you with high-quality digital images. All images taken during your session are the property of Erin Castro Photography, though you will receive a license to use them for personal purposes (such as printing and sharing).
You agree not to use our images for commercial purposes unless a separate agreement or licensing fee has been arranged. Erin Castro Photography reserves the right to use images taken during the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, website portfolios, and social media, unless you request otherwise in writing.
